Payneless Services Policies

Insurance:

Insurance covers the items that are lost, damaged, or stolen, up to the value of the products being delivered.

Non-Deliverable:

As much as we like to provide 100% satisfaction, there are times when elements, road conditions, or measurements won't allow deliveries to be completed. Please evaluate your route, your doorways (36" minimum), driveways, etc can accommodate trucks, merchandise, and vehicle traction for the delivery.

Unlisted Items:

Any information that is not listed on the work order will require COD (cash on delivery) for the job to be completed. If non-compliance with this policy, the merchandise will be returned to the store without reimbursement of funds. Additional deliveries can be made with accurate information but will require new booking fees.

Count Guide:

This is one of the areas where the most confusion comes in. Therefore we have created a short but informational breakdown to help you understand our process when calculating delivery count.

The first THREE items are included in the base delivery price.

Sectional - The Chase portion, and the Sofa portion and an ottoman is equivalent to 3 pieces
Dining Tables - 2 chairs are equivalent to 1 piece. A Table with 6 chairs equals 4 pieces.
Bed - Headboard, Footboard, mattress, box spring equals 4 pieces.
Lamps - two lamps equal 1 piece.
Armoire - that separates into 2 pieces... equals 2 pieces.
L-shaped desk - separates into 2 pieces... equals 2 pieces.

Stairs:

Stairs can be a headache and that's why we are here. No worries about getting that item to the second or third floor. We gotcha covered. Be aware that our description for a flight of stairs is as follows:

more than 10 steps equals a flight of stairs.
If it has landings/turns and less than 5 continuous steps it can counted as 1 flight.
If it has landings/turns and more than 5 continuous steps it can counted as 2 flights, etc.
Please be sure that the stairwell is wide enough to move the merchandise. The standard width is no less than 36 inches.

Haul Offs:

We are happy to fulfill your request. However, there are limits to haul-offs. In this case, haul-offs are for replacing items purchased. The haul-off should not exceed three items more than the number of items delivered. Additional fees will be incurred (COD) at the time of delivery at a price of $10.00 per piece at whatever payment method the driver can receive. It is up to the driver's discretion to accommodate this transaction.
